With Russia’s shift toward capitalism, the desire for a ‘Russian spring break’ has emerged; a place for middle class, twenty-something’s to get away for a week and take in some sun, some nature, and to party together. The client had a gorgeous site along the Black Sea, with stunning nature on steep topography, allowing majestic views out to the sea. The challenge was how to provide a high quality resort and entertainment, retain the stunning nature while providing space for 10,000 people to stay at an affordable price.
